Our freelancers work on an hourly or project basis depending on the unique needs of the client they’re serving.
Here’s how the process works:
Step 1: You reach out. You contact us because you have a specific digital marketing need.
Step 2: We set up a call or you fill out a form. We schedule a call with you or receive a discovery form filled out by you to better understand your business, your goals, and your budget.
Step 3: You get the agreement. You get an agreement to sign that includes an NDA and provides additional information about our fee, how to buy out a freelancer if you want to hire them full-time, etc.
Step 4: We find freelancers for you. Our team reviews our network of pre-vetted freelancers and identifies 2-4 potential candidates who we believe could help you add value to your business. You don’t pay any upfront recruiting fees.
Step 5: You make the final call. We present candidates to you and you select the person you’d like to work with. You’ll also get to see the rates of each freelancer we present. If you need help deciding, we’ll make an official recommendation based on what we know about your business, your budget, and the abilities of the freelancers we found for you.
Step 6: The work begins. You can have a freelancer working with you in as little as seven business days. We schedule monthly check-ins with you to ensure you are happy with the person you selected. If the relationship doesn’t work out for any reason, we’ll help you find a replacement candidate in no time.
Step 7: We send your first invoice. We invoice our clients every two weeks and allow them to review the charges before they get processed. Pricing varies greatly on a multitude of factors, such as location, project requirements, level of expertise needed, etc. We provide each client with a general range of rates on the initial discovery call.
